Abstract:
Entrepreneurial decision-making is an important component of entrepreneurial activities, and its effectiveness directly affects entrepreneurial performance. The effectiveness of entrepreneurial decision-making is largely influenced by the heterogeneity structure of entrepreneurial teams. Through regression analysis of 209 valid questionnaire data, this study attempts to reveal the relationship between entrepreneurial team heterogeneity, entrepreneurial decision-making, and entrepreneurial performance from the perspective of behavioral decision-making. The empirical results indicate that the quality of entrepreneurial decision-making has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance, but the impact of decision-making speed on entrepreneurial performance is not significant; The heterogeneity of social categories in entrepreneurial teams has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial decision-making and performance, while the heterogeneity of values plays the opposite role; Information heterogeneity has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial decision-making, while its positive impact on entrepreneurial performance is not significant; The quality of entrepreneurial decision-making plays a significant mediating role between team heterogeneity and entrepreneurial performance. This conclusion provides certain practical evidence for the mechanism of entrepreneurial decision-making, and provides reference and guidance for new startups on how to make effective decisions to improve entrepreneurial performance.
