Abstract: The digital transformation of urban community governance aligns with the strategy of building a digital China and addresses the developmental needs of urban communities, reshaping the governance landscape. However, the differing objectives, stances, and interests of various stakeholders result in inefficient collaboration and difficulties in achieving collective action. Based on a multi-stakeholder coordination mechanism, a four-party evolutionary game model involving the government, property management companies, digital technology firms, and community residents was constructed and simulated to explore the strategic evolution process, ideal equilibrium state, and key influencing factors among participants. The study finds that critical factors such as reputational benefits and additional costs significantly influence the strategic choices of all parties. The research conclusions provide a theoretical foundation and strategic reference for advancing the digital transformation of community governance through multi-stakeholder collaboration.
