Abstract: As an emerging economic form with the core feature of "first release", the first release economy is becoming an important engine driving innovation and industrial upgrading, but its sustainable development cannot be achieved without the long-term empowerment of patient capital. Based on the analytical framework of "economy capital productivity", this paper systematically explores the internal logic and collaborative mechanism between patient capital, initial economy, and new quality productivity. Research has found that patient capital not only provides sustained funding support for scientific research and technological transformation based on its long-term, risk-resistant, and strategic characteristics, but its inherent attractiveness is also rooted in the effective capture of value for the "time premium" and the support of the institutional environment; The initial economy, with its path advantages of speed, efficiency, innovation, and strategic layout, undertakes the key mission of rapidly commercializing innovative achievements. Its sustainability relies on the dynamic evolution from "event detonation" to "ecological driven"; New quality productivity, as an advanced productivity state led by innovation, achieves a value leap in the coordinated evolution of the three. A virtuous cycle has been formed among the three, in which patient capital nourishes the source of innovation, initial economic catalysis promotes value transformation, new quality productivity achieves a leap in energy level, and reverse drives continuous innovation. On this basis, a research has constructed an ecosystem framework for patient capital to effectively support new quality productivity, and analyzed the micro mechanism and institutional approach of their coupling from the dimensions of capital empowerment, economic leadership, and productivity feedback.
