Abstract:
In response to the issue of major projects promoting the formation of new quality productivity in related industries, this paper, based on the perspective of industrial correlation effects, explores the logic and cultivation direction of the manned space program in promoting the formation of new quality productivity in related industries. Specifically, the connotation and characteristics of the manned space program and the new quality productivity were expounded first; Secondly, the specific mechanisms by which these effects of the manned space program promote revolutionary technological breakthroughs in related industries, innovative allocation of production factors, in-depth transformation and upgrading of industries, construction of a new national system, and the virtuous cycle of the three factors are analyzed respectively from aspects such as the technological spillover effect, review effect, forward effect, innovation demonstration effect, and side effect of the manned space program on related industries. That is, the formation logic of promoting the new quality productivity of related industries; Finally, the cultivation direction of new quality productivity of related industries driven by the manned space program is proposed. That is, in terms of the spillover effect of technology, revolutionary breakthroughs in technology are strengthened through policy support and capital investment, establishment of technological innovation cooperation and exchange platforms, formulation of patent protection and technical standards; In terms of the review effect, the innovative allocation of production factors is strengthened through the support of local policies and regulations at all levels and the establishment of a military-civilian integration mechanism. In terms of the forward effect, the in-depth transformation and upgrading of the industry are strengthened through technology transfer, industrial chain integration, and optimization. In terms of the demonstration effect of innovation, the new national system is strengthened by enhancing the guidance of the central government, concentrating efforts on promoting cooperation among industry, academia, and research, and coordinating the construction of a large-scale industrial integration alliance. In terms of side effects, the virtuous cycle of the three elements is strengthened by providing policy and fiscal and financial support and establishing a mechanism for the integration of the three elements of resources. The research conclusion has significant practical significance and theoretical value for decision-making in increasing opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship and exploring new economic growth points.
